OYO Hotel Vienna I-75

No pne was at the desk but the sign saod open i rang and knocked for a whike then left . This place is a dump looks like a aparrment complex in a bad part of town. And it sits back behind other buildings so its kind of secluded. I felt uncomfortable not scared just on guard. I dont think any one but the homeless would think this waa a good place to stay. i want a refund and no one seens to want to do it. Im goong to dispute it worth my credit card.. booking .com sounds like a good idea but if they list thus kimd of crap im.nervous to use them again

Wouldn't know since staff was nowhere to be found...rang door bell and knocked on door for 30 mins.. called main office and they couldn't even get ahold of the staff. Had to find a new hotel.

Nothing
